This is like the previous stretch but the leg that is bent is bent the other way. This stretches front and side splits, This is the stretch I mainly do.
I'm not to sure what this stretches but I think it stretches the back leg for Front Splits.
This stretch is simply for stretching the front legs.
Straddle stretch, Legs go out to side as far as possible without knees turning in and walk the hands as far as you can.
